First we hit up the National Zoo (Stephie and Ally particularly liked the elephants).Here they are riding the sloth! We had lunch at Ally and Matthew's apartment (thanks Aunt Lindsay!)... ...and then took a walk after naps. Matthew has gorgeous eyes! Little Miss Haley does too. : ) We tried to go out for pizza, but toddlers and babies don't like to wait 45 minutes for a table. It worked out for the best. We had a great time bringing sandwiches and pizza up to DuPont Circle and having a picnic by the fountain. Stephie enjoyed her pizza... ...and the kids loved running around after dinner. Another great day with great friends!
